By using Ersha, you agree to these terms of service.

Ersha grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app

• Use the app for any commercial purpose

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws

ERSHA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ERSHA OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

Heart rate data, zone calculations, and other fitness metrics are estimates based on general formulas. Individual results vary. You acknowledge that this data should not be relied upon for medical decisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or terminate your access at any time without notice.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
